Design Consults: $95/hr

In-home design consults usually take 60-90 minutes. I review the spaces you need help with, go over ideas, layout, current furniture, paint selection, and decor pieces you wish to incorporate, budget, etc. Sometimes people just need an overall vision and direction so they can take on the space themselves. Should you wish to hire me to complete the design and sourcing, I would then take photos and measurements of the space which I will utilize for your mood board. You will be given the cost for the design and sourcing fee per room at the end of this appointment. Design fees are based on total hours estimated based on the scope of work.

Design and Sourcing: $150/hr

The design will come together on a mood board, created to showcase the items sourced within the given space. Once you see everything pulled together and approve the design, I will email the mood board along with all of the sourcing links. You simply click to purchase. This gives you the ability to have the full design and allow you the option to purchase everything all at once, or a little at a time. For items I find for you locally, with pre approval I will purchase on your behalf with your card and bring them to your home and set up.

Set Up

Once all items have arrived for the space, we will schedule a time that I will come verify all items are as they should be and placed properly.

Build Design Selections: $4/Sqft
